Dr. Kelly was raised with three sisters in Maplewood, NJ. After graduating from college and medical school in Massachusetts she moved to Rochester, NY. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester and joined a group practice. She and her family moved to Melbourne, FL in 1985.

The main focus of her medical practice has been patient access to care. She worked in Public Health for 10 years before joining MIMA. Her practice with MIMA has been devoted to Obstetrics with a strong interest in Obstetrical Ultrasound. She maintains an active role in the Brevard County Health Department Colposcopy and LEEP Clinic.

Together she and husband, Rick, have raised seven children.  Dr. Kelly spends her free time enjoying visits with children and reconnecting with her love of drawing and painting.
