Dr. Hung most recently completed a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship with the New York University Medical Center.

His experience includes an internal medicine residency with the Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. He also has conducted clinical research in the early detection of lung cancer and spiral computed tomography for the screening of lung cancer.

Dr. Hung completed his undergraduate degree with honors in molecular genetics at the University of Rochester College of Arts & Science in New York. He was awarded the National Institutes of Health Ruth L. Kirschstein Research Fellowship Award. Dr. Hung also was a research fellow in the National Cancer Institute Early Detection Research Network. He believes in a multi-disciplinary approach in treating chronic illnesses. Dr. Hung is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Chest Physicians.

Dr. Hung is seeing patients at MIMA-Viera on Wednesdays.
