I grew up in Cocoa Beach and Orlando and received my undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Emory University. I earned my medical degree from the University of South Florida, and performed my residency at the University of Colorado. From there, I practiced with Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii for four years. I then moved back to Florida and to serve Brevard in 1997.
I received recognition in 2010 for the delivery of Quality Diabetes Care by NCQA (the National Committee for Quality Assurance). In 2011, I received recognition for providing excellent care to persons with cardiovascular disease or stroke from NCQA's Heart/Stroke recognition program.
I dedicate my practice to caring for patients of all ages, including newborns and children. I am also Medical Director for Life Care Center of Palm Bay, and my hospital privileges are at Health First Palm Bay Hospital.
